Based in the Washington, DC area, Lisa Berretta has worked in the association industry for many years, holding various positions in travel and healthcare-related membership services, account management, education, and volunteer engagement. She also spent several years with the Student & Youth Travel Association (SYTA) managing member relations and education. She has served on committees of chambers of commerce and represented associations at travel industry conferences and events. Lisa has been involved in both wellness activities and travel from a young age and recently completed a life coach training program.
